The Slaughters

Unspoilt and unique, the quintessential Cotswold villages

Situated just a few minutes from Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, Lower Slaughter and Upper Slaughter are two of the prettiest villages in the Cotswolds. Nestled along the crystal clear waters of the River Eye, they are perfect for enjoying a leisurely (wheelchair friendly) stroll. Take a walk around the 19th century corn mill (with working waterwheel) and continue further to Upper Slaughter.
